Is smoking permitted inside the Suites?

To ensure maximum comfort and healthiness of the rooms, smoking is prohibited inside the rooms. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas (private terraces).

Are pets allowed?

We love animals, but to preserve the delicate furnishings, pets are not allowed in the La Bianca and La Blu Suites. However, thanks to the large private terraces, we are happy to welcome small pets in the La Verde and La Giulia Suites. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet when you make your reservation so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Is breakfast included?

We offer a personalized approach. We provide breakfast services “on request,” which can be arranged directly with our staff at the time of booking or upon arrival.

Is it possible to dine on the terrace?

Private dining on the terrace is an exclusive service for guests staying in the La Verde and La Giulia Suites. We invite you to request this service in advance.

How can I reach the facility and where can I park?

Giulia • Urban Retreat enjoys a privileged location and is easily accessible by car: the entrance at Lungotevere dei Tebaldi 4 is located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL). You can easily arrive by car or taxi right in front of the facility's entrance. For parking, there are public spaces (blue lines) right on the Lungotevere, or you can use several private secure car parks in the immediate vicinity.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM. Early check-in is available on request free of charge, subject to availability. From 4:00 PM onwards, check-in will be self-check-in: guests can pick up their keys at our Giulia restaurant, located below the property. For arrivals after midnight, a €50 surcharge applies.

Check-out is by 10:30 AM. Late check-out is available until 12:30 p.m. for an additional fee of €25, upon request and subject to availability.

Are the hot tubs available all year round?

Of course. Our outdoor hot tubs are heated to 40°C, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing soak on the terrace in any season, even on cooler Roman evenings.
